$20,000 per night High Season (March, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year’s) – 10-night minimum (December 1, 2023 – January 8, 2024)

(Additional $1,000 cleaning fee Plus $1,500 gratuity is added.

Should a booking be longer than 7 nights, an additional daily cleaning charge of $100 per day will apply for every additional day.)

SECURITY DEPOSIT – $14,000 in low season – $20,000 during peak season.
