“Yellowbird” is a beautiful mix of old and new. An old, historic fully refurbished main house dating back to the 1800’s and a more recently built, two-story guest cottage. The main house has two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other having two twin-size beds; and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms are tucked up under the eaves and have direct access to the rear veranda with peek-a-boo harbour views. The cottage includes three separate bedrooms, each with its own private bath and entry. The lower bedrooms in the guest cottage adjoin making a family-friendly suite. The upper bedroom has a harbour view. The set up is ideal for 2 families traveling together. “Yellowbird” is decorated in a casual, shabby chic beach style with weathered and chippy paint finishes, slip covered furniture, wood floors and general ease of living. The very private pool and garden are the perfect place to relax and cool off. Has an automatic standby generator. The beach is an eight minute walk or a one minute golf cart ride away. Wireless internet and a U.S. Vonage line can keep you as connected as you would like. The in-town location affords you the opportunity to feel a part of this special island – you are in the heart of the village here. Walk to all of the shops, restaurants, Valentine’s Marina/Dive Centre, grocery stores, bakery, and down to the harbour to catch the sunset.

$13,420 per week – $1,920 per night off season
$14,670 per week – $2,095 per night during March/April, Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year’s
