Base Rate Low Season:  $45,500.00 ($6,500.00 per night)

Peak Rate High Season:  $54,600.00 ($7,800.00 per night)

Peak Periods: Christmas and New Year’s Eve week, the entire month of March, Easter week, and the week of July 4th. 

Refundable security Deposit: $5,000.00

 

One Villa – Choose from either Low Tide or High Tide:

Base Rate Low Season: $22,750.00 ($3,250.00 per night)

Peak Rate High Season: $27,300.00 ($3,900.00 per night)

Peak Periods: Christmas and New Year’s Eve week, the entire month of March, Easter week, and the week of July 4th. 

Refundable security Deposit: $5,000.00
