After crossing over the bridge, one enters into Luna Sea’s light-filled living room with doors opening to a covered porch and views across the pool and lawns to the bay.

The south wing of the main house is comprised of a grand living room opening to the pool, a game room off the pool with wet bar/TV/pool table, one bedroom with full bath. The entire top floor/south tower of this wing of the house makes up the primary suite with a private upstairs covered outdoor porch that spans the length of the entire wing.

The north wing of Luna Sea is accessed via a glassed-in dining room with a table to seat 10. The dining room bridges the pool to connect both sides of the house. In this wing are a full wet barroom, library, three more bedrooms with two bathrooms, the kitchen with dining nook overlooking the pool, a powder room and the laundry.

In addition to Harbour Island’s most fun pool, outside are five terraces. Three face the bay (including one off the library and the Starfish bedroom) and one is off the Conch bedroom. The fifth is off the kitchen and with steps for a quick morning dip into the east pool. There is also a gas fire pit down by the water where you can enjoy sunset cocktails on a terrace on the edge of the Bay.

The famous Pink Sand Beach of Harbour Island is a five minute walk outside the Luna Sea gate and we provide beach towels and chairs for your use. Come and enjoy this charming and very special family property.

Luna Sea is a 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa and guest cottage for up to 13 guests to enjoy.
