Designed for flexibility, this high-end home with a separate guest annex can be reserved as a 3-bedroom, 3-bath rental for up to 6 guests or expanded to a 5-bedroom, 5-bath estate for groups of up to 10. The guest annex is never rented separately, ensuring complete privacy for every stay.

From the moment you step inside, the scale and beauty of Seabreeze become apparent. A wall of 10’ x 40’ windows frame breathtaking views across the wraparound pool, cascading waterfall, and turquoise waters beyond. The Great Room serves as the social heart of the home, featuring a sleek chef’s kitchen with breakfast bar, an extendable dining table for 12, and a state-of-the-art media center for evening entertainment.

Accommodations:

• Master Suite (Upstairs): Vaulted 14’ ceiling, king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite with Jacuzzi tub, double vanity, and shower; private balcony with garden and harbour views

• Second Guest Suite (Upstairs): Vaulted ceiling, king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bath with shower

• Third Guest Suite (Ground Floor): King bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bath with shower, Juliette balcony

• Guest Annex (Optional): Two private king bedroom suites, each with ensuite bath; outdoor sitting area beneath a lush pergola

Seabreeze is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. A wraparound pool with waterfall and sun deck overlooks the sea just 100 feet away, while a waterfront gazebo and sun deck provide the perfect spot for swimming, sunbathing, barbecues, or sunset cocktails. The private dock accommodates boats up to 120’ with dockage, power, and water available (fees apply).
