Perched high on a hillside with sweeping southern exposure, Solaqua offers uninterrupted 360° views of Pink Sand Beach, the crashing waves of Eleuthera, and spectacular golden sunsets — best enjoyed from the rooftop deck, perfect for cocktails and entertaining. Just steps from the world-famous beach, this Mediterranean/West Indies–style luxury home sits amid a manicured lawn and a small orchard of budding fruit trees, surrounding the lap pool, hot tub, and pool/fitness house.

Elegantly designed and comfortably furnished, Solaqua features air-conditioning in every room, Sonos surround sound, a wraparound verandah, and multiple outdoor entertaining spaces. The lap pool, hot tub, and fitness/pool house — equipped with weights, resistance bands, and a Peloton bike — complete the island retreat experience.

Inside, the upstairs level hosts the entrance foyer, kitchen, open living/dining area with a 65″ TV, and the master suite with ensuite bath. Downstairs, three king bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms and share a 55″ TV in the entertainment area, accommodating up to eight guests or four couples in total.

To ensure comfort during occasional island power and water interruptions, the property is equipped with a 60KW generator and two 30,000-gallon water cisterns. Guests also enjoy the support of a property manager, daily housekeeper, and gardener to meet all needs.
