High Season:  1 March-30 April 2026 – 5 to 7 night min.

Summer Season:  1 May-31 Aug 2026 – 3 night min.

 

Holiday Rates:   $6,000.00 per night – 7 night min.

Peak Periods: Christmas and New Year’s Eve week 19 Dec 2026 to 2 Jan 2027, Thanksgiving week 20-27 Nov 2026, and the week of July 4th – 3-10 July 2026. 

Refundable security Deposit: $5,000.00

 

One Villa – Choose from either Low Tide (Lavender) or High Tide (Rose):
