Peak season: Available as a 4-bedroom rental only (main house + both guests suites.

OFF PEAK RATES
Main house (2 bed/1 bath): $675 per night

Main house with 1 guest bedroom in Annex (1):  $825 per night

Main house with 2 guest bedrooms in Annex (2): $975 per night

PEAK RATES
2025 – Main house (2 bed/1 bath) + Guest Annex (2 bed/2 bath): $1,450 per night

2026 – Main house (2 bed/1 bath) + Guest Annex (2 bed/2 bath): $1,500 per night

CONDITIONS:

• Guest Annex can only be rented with Main House
• During peak periods entire property (main house and guest annex) must be rented
• One time admin fee of $250
• An additional $50 per day cleaning fee applies
